Do not e-mail your request for a transcript! GED REQUESTS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO BISHOP STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
Request for transcript must be mailed to Murphy High School, 100 South Carlen Street, Mobile, AL 36606 Attn: Traci Weiss, Registrar
Include: (1)Year of graduation or last date attended, (2) Complete address where transcript will be mailed, (3) Name at time of graduation or time of attendance, and (4) $2.00 for each transcript requested. (5) Duplicate Diploma $10.00
Official transcripts must be mailed to the college, university, or requesting agency. Diplomas are mailed to home address unless otherwise specified. Attach a legible copy of a photo ID when requesting a diploma and/or unoffical transcript be mailed to a home address.
Please allow two weeks for processing.
For transcripts for the year 2009 and earlier, you must contact Mobile County Public School District, P.O. Box 180069, Mobile, AL 36618, Attn: Student Records and Transcripts.
You must include: (1) $2.00 in cash or money order for transcript and $10.00 for duplicate diploma, (2) Student's name while in school, (3) Student's current name, (4) Social security number, (5) Date of birth, (6) Parent or guardian's name on school record, (7) Last school attended, and (8) last date of school attended.
