Important Information for Seniors!

1. NO SENIORITIS! Please, please, please-keep your grades up this semester. Colleges DO look at your last semester grades. There have been instances where admission to a college and/or scholarships were revoked due to a student's poor second semester performance.
2. You should be in the process of completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). If you have not done so, please log on to http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/. Federal monies are issued on a first-come, first-serve basis; therefore, time is of the essence.
3. Letters of acceptance and scholarship letters should be brought to me for my records. If I do not have this information in writing, you will not be recognized at Honors and Awards Day (April 30^th at 8:00 a.m.).
4. The last opportunity to take the Alabama High School Graduation Exam is March 1^st through March 5^th. Tutoring is available to seniors from 7:30 a.m. to 2:37 p.m. Monday-Friday until March 1^st. There are also two Saturday sessions available. Saturday, February 20^th and Saturday, February 27^th from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Tutors are located in the library. You must have a pass from your teacher.
5. New scholarships are arriving weekly. Please come by guidance and check the scholarship drawer for applications.
