October Group Project

#1                             We will be hosting a courtyard trick-or-treat at Murphy Tuesday October 29 from 3-5p.m. Each member will need to bring a regular sized bag of candy; each table will have 4-5 members. Trick-or-treaters only get ONE piece of candy per table. These trick-or-treaters are children from the nearby community NOT our school students. Word has been sent out through local churches.

Wear your key club shirts.

Other clubs have been invited to host a table.

#2                         We will collect money either around campus or around your neighborhood on Halloween. This counts as a group project. This is also a NATIONAL project. Every Key club in the nation trick or treats for UNICEF.

All money collected must be turned in to Ms. Nguyen Friday November 1st and every penny gets donated to UNICEF. What is UNICEF? Here’s just a part of what they do.

UNICEF in action:

The chance to survive is a right owed to every child. UNICEF and its partners are leading global efforts to end preventable child deaths, working with governments, national and international agencies, and civil society to support effective and life-saving actions at each phase in a child’s life from prenatal care in a mother’s pregnancy to effective and affordable health care through childhood and into adulthood.
